The Tourism Promotion Organization (TPO) has announced the opening of registration for the 10th TPO Forum, the organization’s biggest annual event. The Forum will be held from September 16 to 18, 2026, at The Lin Hotel in Taichung, under the theme “Sustainable Tourism City: Smart Tourism and Shared Value.”

The Forum will bring together city leaders and tourism stakeholders from around the world to explore key issues including smart tourism, sustainable governance, and the future of MICE.

Programme Highlights

In addition to the main Forum sessions, participants are invited to take part in a range of networking and promotional activities:

• City Tourism & Partnership Briefing — An opportunity for cities to present their tourism policies, key assets, and partnership proposals to local businesses and industry stakeholders

• G2B · B2B Meetings — Structured networking sessions designed to facilitate cooperation between government officials and tourism businesses

• Tourism Roadshow — A platform for cities to promote their key initiatives and tourism destinations through on-site exhibitions and business meetings

• Bilateral Meeting — Direct city-to-city dialogue sessions aimed at identifying areas of cooperation and building long-term partnerships

Registration is now open via the Forum’s official website at

The registration deadline is Friday, August 28, 2026.

Members wishing to participate in the above activities are required to indicate their interest separately by July 31, 2026.
