The Crossing Bridges 2026 International Photography Gathering and Collaborative Tour is set to take place in Mongolia from September 3 to 9, 2026, bringing together professional photographers and photography enthusiasts from across the Asia-Pacific region.

As an international platform for photography and creative exchange, the gathering will explore Mongolia through a diverse range of visual perspectives. Participants will create photographic and visual content around three main themes:

• Ulaanbaatar City Culture: Exploring the contemporary character of the capital alongside its historical and cultural landmarks and heritage sites;

• Nomadic Lifestyle: Capturing Mongolia’s traditional way of life, including the “Khiimori” International Archery Competition and a special photography session featuring 1,000 horses;

• Nature Photography: Highlighting Mongolia’s landscapes and distinctive natural formations through photography.

International Participation

Around 150 photographers from more than eight countries across the Asia-Pacific region are expected to take part, including participants from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, the Republic of Korea, and Sri Lanka.

Beyond photography, the gathering will serve as a platform for international exchange and collaborative content creation. Participants will share their experience and expertise, work together on creative projects, and produce visual content presenting Mongolia from multiple perspectives.

Through this collaboration, Crossing Bridges 2026 will highlight Ulaanbaatar’s urban culture, Mongolia’s nomadic heritage, and the country’s natural landscapes, while strengthening connections among photographers and creative communities from across the region.
